Kijang Emas is Malaysia’s gold bullion coin. BNM publishes a daily price list for it, in ringgit per coin, for three sizes: 1 oz, ½ oz and ¼ oz. This page shows that list and nothing else.
BNM lists two prices for each size. The selling price is the price at which BNM sells the coin. The buying price is the price at which BNM buys one back. The selling price is the higher one, and the gap is the spread.
In practice the spread is what a round trip costs: someone who buys a coin at the selling price and sells it back at the buying price on the same day gets back less than they paid, by the spread. On the latest 1 oz prices that is RM 700, or 3.9% of the selling price.
These are BNM’s prices for its own Kijang Emas coin. They are not jewellery prices, not the price of other gold bars or coins, and not what a bank’s gold account quotes. Each of those sellers sets its own price and its own spread, so they will differ from this page.
This page reports what BNM published. It does not forecast prices and it does not say whether anyone should buy or sell gold.
Kijang Emas is Malaysia's gold bullion coin. Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) publishes a daily price list for it, in ringgit per coin, for three sizes: 1 oz, ½ oz and ¼ oz.

No. These are BNM's published prices for its own Kijang Emas coin. They are not the price of gold jewellery, of other bars or coins, or of a bank's gold investment account. Each of those sellers sets its own price, with its own spread, and it will differ from this page.
BNM publishes a price on each business day. This page refreshes hourly and shows the date BNM gives the price. On weekends and public holidays there is no new price, so the last published one stays up with its date.
